What exactly are you looking for in this forum? The reason certain cards are chosen or what?

In Legacy, the sideboard is designed to fight against specific decks. These decks will be the most played in the person's area. Typically, each card has a very specific reason for being in the sideboard.
Enlightened Tutor
would be sided in to help find the other cards in the sideboard that are sided in as well.
Extirpate
is hate against two decks, reanimator and dredge. Since Dredge will put all of its combo in the graveyard, its easy to target one of the pieces with Extirpate
and ruin the combo. The same goes for reanimator. The want to reanimate a huge creature on turn 2 and keep bashing until they win, by getting rid of that creature, they are dead in the water.
Manriki-Gusari
is a card to side in against the mirror match or any other deck that uses a lot of equipment. This allows you to repeatedly destroy the equipment of your opponents while forcing through your own equipment.
Relic of Progenitus
again stops graveyard decks.
Warmth
stops mono-red burn decks in its tracks.
Zealous Persecution
stops a charbelcher deck. Typically Belcher will win by storming into Empty the Warrens
. This will kill each of those goblins and leave the path clear to win the game.
I skipped over a couple cards but that covers most of it. I hope that was helpful.

Sensei's Divining Top is there to help you find your answers. i would think that serenity would be sideboard tech against enchantress, omni-show, and sneak and show decks, and maybe a few maverick builds that might run enchantments
