Can't decide which deck to run

I made these two very similar blue decks. I can't decide which will be more effective the cheaper 1/1 clone deck or the unblockable slightly harder hitting deck which costs more mana wise :(

Here are the two decks please give me your opinions on which you think is stronger or any ideas on how to iron out any weakness you might see.
