can't pick

so i have 2 decks: blue black infect and mono black infect. i can't decided which one is better and which one to use. i like them both, i feel that adding blue makes it stronger but since i can't afford shocks it also make it less consistent. please vote and tell me what to improve. thanks for all help and suggestions.
