Casual to Modern

I have a casual deck I built that I'm considering converting to a Modern competitive deck (I Have No Life). I know that Eladamri's Call will have to go. It'll also probably need to be a bit faster overall. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. Keep budget in mind as much as possible.
