Working on a rather weird Red-White-Black human flicker/traitor brew. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as it's a pretty hard thing to pin down.
Also if anyone knows why R/W/B is called Chavest, feel free to leave that explanation here.

I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention at the start of the whole thing, so I don't know exactly how Chavest was devised and chosen, though most likely it was a poll-type situation where they asked for names, chose a handful from the suggestions brought in, and put that handful up for community voting.

Here's a link to the articles used to design the community set, if you're curious. There's some really interesting card designs in there. I entered a few myself (though I don't think any of mine were ever voted in).

There's a TappedOut community-brewed set, that was designed publicly through community feedback in articles. It's a Shards of Alara-style set, with each shard being based on color "wedges" rather than the color "shards"; the difference being that the wedges were a color and its two enemies while the shards are a color and its two allies (so, White-Black-Red rather than White-Blue-Black, for instance).
"Chavest" is the name for the white-black-red shard.
