Cheap but strong

I have been working on my Melek EDH deck. Tested it against my friend's Obzedat deck and surprisingly did pretty well with only 87 cards.

First thing is first, I need the land count up to 38. To do this I will need to cut some stuff. Can you guys help me? I need cheap burn/draw/control spells that are strong and powerful.
