Cheap STD deck...HELP

Hi guys...Well i used to play MTG when i was young and i played for 4 years, stopped on 7th Ed...Now i'm back on Magic Online and i need a cheap (max $25) STD deck to have some fun..i really don't intend to be a pro, just want a competitive deck...Today i bought the starter pack and i got Elderscale Wurm (foil) and it's probably the best card i have! Ty guys and is nice to comeback, MTG is the best game ever! Also, sorry for my terrible english, im Brazilian!
Hi, I would suggest some kind of white-blue Spirits, even without Lingering Souls you can build nice and really cheap deck...I have mine own Spirits and it works pretty well, mainly due to flying, because many of far more expensive decks in my neighbourhood simple can not find answer for flyiers. The best thing about this deck is certainly Drogskol Captain , because he is super cheap and has super ability, supporting and defending other spirits of yours. Here is my deck, so you can found some inspiration in it, or even copy it, no problem at all.

Slycne, ty 4 the answer...i used to like red, black and blue...so usually creature decks as i had a monoblack (4terror, 4dark ritual, 4hymm to tourash, 4 hypnotical specter, 4duress, 4necropotencia, 4 vampiric tutor, and cant remember the rest uhauhahu) or monored...sometimes played with BlackBlue Coontrol, last one psychatog!

Well constructing a competitive deck for under $25 is pretty restricting. You'll most certainly want to be single color, since dual lands alone will burst your budget. As many will often say, the real key to building on a budget is not trying to make substitutions in a popular deck. You want to craft a deck that actually wants to run commons and uncommons instead of more expensive rares.
If you haven't played in a while, I would simply recommend playing and getting back into the game first. See where your preferences are as a player: do you like aggro, control, etc. Then you can start thinking about what you want in a deck.
