So, I want to give my brother a deck for Christmas. He plays, but he doesn't have anything Standard legal. His favorite mana colors are black and green, so I thought I'd go with a Golgari build. I'm not too familiar with this combination myself, so I'm looking for help from T/O. I'd like this deck to stay as low budget as possible, so he can add his own money cards after he decides what direction he wants to take it. I just need something that will play ok at FNM as it is.
