Help me filter my Chromaticore deck.

You may want to be a bit more specific about your help request. Like how you plan on getting Chromanticore out turn 2. As it stands your deck looks like 5 color expensive stuff with no overlying goal.

If you are going to want to go 5 color in standard, then you are going to need to run Chromatic Lantern .

So far, in a standard match up, this deck would not be able to perform well. Right now, the deck has a very high mana curve. If you want to make it a more viable deck, you should cut the more expensive cards (i.e. Primeval Bounty ). Also, you're running 1 overgrown tomb and 1 godless shrine for your black sources while your Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Chromanticore and Merciless Eviction all need black. The Voice of Resurgence just seems stuck in there. Try to have a very specific strategy in mind when building a deck.

Personally if I were to run a Chromanticore deck, I'll be running Green and White with a splash of a 3rd color of your choice (IMO, blue for draw capabilities) and run a hexproof-Auras deck using Hero of Iroas , Eidolon of Countless Battles and Boon Satyr and using Gladecover Scout , Witchstalker as your hexproof. You need 4 copies of Sylvan Caryatid for the different color ramp and maybe 1 or 2 Karametra, God of Harvests to grab G/X or W/X dual lands to help you get colors for Chromanticore. Also add in 4 copies of Voice of Resurgence because that card is too good not to have while running Selesnya.

With the blue you can use Ordeal of Thassa for cheap draw and cheap +1/+1 counters. Since this will have a good chunk of bestow/Auras, Ethereal Armor becomes automatic with a strong consideration for Unflinching Courage . Running 4 copies of everything mentioned will be pretty much your whole deck while running 24 lands (21 is too low for having 5 mana cost things) and actually you would have to cut it down to 36 cards between these cards and possibly even more if you want to squeeze in 4 Instant effects like Selesnya Charm or Simic Charm etc.

Also pretty sure they meant type 2, not turn 2.

I have never heard standard called "Type 2" anywhere except in official Wizards publications, hence my confusion. I still think the deck looks like 5 color expensive stuff with no goal apart from "play expensive cards, expect opponent to concede because it has to be good if you spent that much money on it"
