Does one exist? Perhaps a fast burn/heal deck?

Pyromancer's Ascension mayhaps. It was a good deck last year, can play well at FNM may not be the best of decks, but can win.

In what format. You can build quite a few decks in T1 that can do it. Burn and mill

Pyromancer Ascension and Turbo Fog are two that can be played in T2.

I have something close, it runs 2 creatures that could be dropped if you wanted deck:blink-control-2

In Standard you could hypothetically play creatureless control of some combination of two or three of white, blue and black. However, the wincon would be either Gideon (who becomes a creature) or Tezz (who makes creatures), so I'm not sure what the qualification for 'creatureless' is.

I took 5th with this deck. It has no creatures and is tons of fun to play.

it does exist, but mostly only in legacy and vintage decks. Theoretically its possible in standard, but constructing one will be exceedingly difficult.

I don't think it's really that difficult. Pyromancer Ascension is semi-competitive, and Turbo Fog is at least FNM competitive.
