Competitive White Aggro

I could really use some help making this list more competitive
I've put a lot of thought into it already, and I am slowly trying to shift into U/W, but it'll be a while before I can afford the cards I need to make that transition, so I want the Mono-W list to be as good as it can be until then. Every comment helps.
I especially would like Sideboard help. I'm not sure what my worst matchups will be because I have nobody to playtest with regularly, but I figured maybe somebody here was toying with a similar list and would have some advice.
