Concordant Crossroads, a viable card in this selesnya "Cheerio" deck?

This deck hasn't played very many matches yet, as it was a recent build. So I'm wondering if Concordant Crossroads are actually helping me in this deck.

The deck is called K'nex, and it can win by either Phyrexian Dreadnought or Beastmaster Ascension , or both.
