Consistency issues

Any tips on how to smooth out the consistency of the deck, i'm always told at FNM that my deck lacks consistency. I just have no clue what that means. I have done some editing and am pretty happy with my version.

Consistency is pretty much how consistent your deck is with wins. Your deck, without any dual lands, seems like the creatures are good enough and could win some match ups, but other times your will get mana screwed and lose badly, especially with some of those restrictive mana costs, like Celestial Flare and Precinct Captain .
Another problem is the deck strategy. Cards like Mistcutter Hydra are fairly useless early game but can win later. However, it seems much of your deck is aggro.
A good idea is to get some Temple Garden s (pricy but worth it) and decide your deck strategy.
