Could someone give me some advice/pointers?

So I've been playing EDH for around a year, and have finally begun working on a deck that I built myself without anyone's help. It's a bit outside my usual zone (I'm normally a Mono-Green/Green-Black player), but it does somewhat well on its own as of right now. It holds its own in one-vs-one games, but multiplayer I usually have a problem keeping up with the speedier decks. I know I've heard alot of hate based on the Commander I use for the deck, but I personally find it a fun deck nonetheless :) It's my blue/white Grand Arbiter IV deck. AKA Pillow forts :3
