Could this work?

Here is my deck: Brain Dead

It is a casual Legacy mill deck. It has the potential for an early game win via Painter's ServantMTG Card: Painter's Servant/GrindstoneMTG Card: Grindstone. However, this deck is not up to par with competitive Legacy decks, and I'm fine with that. I play casual, and prefer to keep my decks a little more fun and balanced. This is where my late game comes in. I really like the Undead AlchemistMTG Card: Undead Alchemist/Lich Lord of UnxMTG Card: Lich Lord of Unx synergy. If I can survive to late game, I end up with a whole crap-ton of milling zombie tokens, which is fun.

Anyway, to the point. Last night I stumbled upon Necromancer's CovenantMTG Card: Necromancer's Covenant, which would be unbelievably good in this setting, and would be so much fun to play. Problem is...it needs a white mana to cast. My question is, keeping in mind that this deck is casual, do you think it's feasible and/or worth it to try and splash white to make this card work? How would you adjust the land base in this deck to make it work? Or...am I reaching too much and need to forget the whole thing?

The more I think about it, the more I think I might just split this into 2 decks. One can be a straight up legacy mill, and the other can be a modern/extended zombie mill.

If you really wanted to merge in a single white to get the deck up and running with Necromancer's CovenantMTG Card: Necromancer's Covenant then you could do so by adding a few Isolated ChapelMTG Card: Isolated Chapel... or some other B/W or U/W duals.... in place of either basic Islands or Swamps.. You wouldn't need a lot, perhaps 2x would get the job done, since this is a mid/late game drop anyways
