Cube help :D?

Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some recommendations for my cube It's built solely from my collection, and I don't want to buy too much for it, just mainly trying to trade up to make it better.

I'm kind of at a loss as to what to add to make the green actually mono playable, without the need to be solely mana ramping. Thanks in advance =]!
