Well the gist of the deck is Curiosity and Delver of Secrets  ^Flip or Guttersnipe to gain a lot of card advantage and winning with burning spells as fast as possible (or just swinging with Delvers and Drakes).

Is this a good enough deck? Does it need more burn? I was thinking maybe using the Stalkers to make them curious too! It's one more card draw per turn!
