Curse of Bloody Tome in Delver?

I was considering putting Curse of the Bloody Tome into one of my U/W Delver decks, and casting it on myself. Obviously, timing and my hand would determine if and when I cast it.

Any thoughts?

I just figured, once the mana was out there and depending on how many Snapcaster Mages I drew before I cast it I would benefit more than from Thought Scour

The only problem with that is that it is an enchantment. It's a 3cmc cost so ifyou wanna cast it early, it'll be cast before geist if you want it turn 3.

The reason Thought Scour is so good is because it's an instant, and it doesn't mill too much.

Yeah, I figured it would be used after my pikes were on the field as well as my Traft, assuming no board wipes.
