I have a mill deck that has been worked on and refined loads. Milling Time (Theros) Top Deck

I just cant choose which of there 2 cards to have in the SB. Obviously Cyclonic Rift will stay till theros is out but then im not sure if Voyage's End would be a better pick

Do two of each. Or four of each. There is no reason you can only have one of them.

correction: Cyclonic Rift will rotate with RTR block next year, not theros. I think the overload of Cyclonic Rift is important, especially late game to close out the game or save it that I would run this over Voyage's End . There are other scry cards that would do better, like thassa and dissolve.

I dont want to take up lots of slots with them, its maily 2x of one of them for SB to help deal with planeswalkers, enchantments or atrifacts.

the overload would help agains token/aggro late game but the scry is also nice....

It depends on when you want to win. If you're going for more tempo than hard control, then the scry is invaluable and always more relevant. In the other case, as a slower deck, pulling off the overload will usually end the game.

Cyclonic Rift also hits all non-land permanents, whereas Voyage's End only hits creatures.

Honestly, if you're also playing Black in the deck, Far / Away is the better card when compared to either.
