I'm not quite sure what to do with this deck. There are some possibilities in the maybeboard. Some problems I'm running into include getting flooded with blue mana and not being able to get creatures out quickly enough. I like the synergy of Havengul Lich with Havengul Runebinder and Cemetery Reaper, but it takes quite a while (close to turn 7) to use them all effectively. I also have no way of getting creatures in the graveyard other than the discard from Liliana of the Veil. The tribal effects of Cemetery Reaper, Diregraf Captain, and Adaptive Automaton seem to work well, but it's not a quick deck by any means.

What do I need here? More creature control/counters? Does Heartless Summoning slow it down too much? I have run into the problem of having to hard cast creatures or ending up with weenies because I'm not drawing decent creatures (i.e 1/1 Diregraf Ghouls, Cemetery Reapers, and Diregraf Captains).

I also need an any color mana source to use the Lich with opponent's graveyard. Shimmering Grotto is the only one that comes to mind.
