Dealing with WG Humans

My deck is Wolf Draw Go. It does great against a lot of decks. My biggest issue though as far as popular decks go is White/Green human builds that feature things like Mirran Crusader , Champion of the Parish , and Hamlet Captain . If you could take a look at my deck and make mainboard or sideboard suggestions, that would be great. I want to keep this a werewolf/counterspell deck, so I don't want to drop either of those strategies, but I'm open to changing the support. Thanks in advance.
