Ok so i'm looking for a blue INTRO counter deck, and probaly the colors i want is blue white. notice the intro deck part. please give me any ideas for this idea, and alos i doesn't have to be blue and white, just tell me the colors and focus and i'll be satasfied. hopefully.... and thanks guys for answering my questions!

Counter as in counterspell, or physical counters?
Leveler's Glory, from Rise of the Eldrazi is decent. The Transference deck from Darksteel is also not bad.

um is the transference deck on amazon i wanna check it out, but it's not there. can somebody confirm that it's on amazon. also a deck list for the transference

Unfortunately, transference is only on amazon as part of a 4-deck package. However, the deck list is here:

hmm so is Leveler's Glory the only good countering one. i don't care which colors they are now, but i'm pretty sure one part has to be blue because, blue is the counter color. but i really, REALLY, want a counter deck, and i have some cards i can put in. maybe a blue-black deck? some more suggestions plz?

You could try the Infect and Defile event deck. It's blue-black and has some decent counterspells in it, but I think if countering is all you want the precon deck to help you with, you might be better off just picking up some singles of cards like Mana Leak and Stoic Rebuttal and building your own deck.

and the problem for constructiong my own deck is that my parents don't like these card games, and even when i offer buy them with my money they refuse. idk why, so i can't get the cards i want

What do you mean by intro? Do you mean a pre-constructed deck or a budget deck? If you can clarify We may be able to help you more fully. :)
