Deck advice, weaknesses of dimir?

Hey all! Just threw this together with stuff I had laying around, and it's really fun to play with buddies, but I've noticed a few glaring weaknesses in it.

Decklist right now: Dimir Countermill

1) If I don't have Jace's Phantasm out and big, it struggles against flyers (obviously).

2) Against control decks, it has trouble because of how few creatures I have, and I can't always have mana untapped after I play a creature to counter a control spell.

3) Very hard time getting rid of artifacts/enchantments generally.

Are there things I can change about the deck to make it more well-rounded? Or are those just weaknesses of building a mill-oriented Dimir deck?

(I'm aware that a playset of Drowned Catacomb and Watery Grave are extremely helpful, but I didn't have them laying around). Thanks so much for the help!

I've found a lot of the same weaknesses whenever I play Dimir mill, try using cards like Vampire Nighthawk to deal with pesky enemy fliers. Using Glimpse the Unthinkable can mill a lot of cards and get your phantasm the +4/+4 they need.So an example creature base could be4x Deathcult Rogue 4x Jace's Phantasm 3x Vampire Nighthawk 3x Duskmantle Guildmage 2x Consuming Aberration 2x Dinrova Horror 3xBalustrade Spy 2x Horror of the Dim

That would get you 24 creatures each with a useful function as either evasive attacker, wall, utility or beatstick. Supplementing this with some good mill cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Sculpt along with some control of your own (preferably ciphered onto an evasive attacker) and your deck can be a real pain in the butt.
