Deck based around Stolen Goods

I thought it would be funny to make a deck based on Stolen Goods . It would have to include effects that bounce creatures to the top of your opponent's library, this would include Vanishment and Griptide . Grasp of Phantoms would be a possibility, but it's at sorcery speed which makes it hard to cast it and Stolen Goods in the same turn.

Snapcaster Mage would be useful to get another use out of Stolen Goods and other spells. Using blue makes it easier to include counter spells, which increases the amount of noncreature spells which, in turn, makes Talrand, Sky Summoner useful as another win-con.

I know the idea would be a very narrow niche, and probably most useful against Reanimator-type decks, but it sounds like a fun idea.
