Drop Increasing Vengeance in favor of Reverberate. Reverberate is far superior because you can target your opponents spells. It is incredibly helpful to Reverberate an opponents Farseek, Sphinx's Revelation, Think Twice, or counter and burn spells. And almost no one ever sees it coming. I know the flashback with increasing vengeance makes it very tempting, but trust me being able to target opponent spells is better than the flashback.

Drop Negate for Syncopate. Not much explanation needed, Syncopate is one of the better counter spells in the game. There is no reason to play negate over it. Negate is good as a sideboard along side Essence Scatter card against control decks or aggro decks respectively.

You might want Tandem Lookout instead of Curiosity for more creatures on the table.

You can try running Goblin Electromancer also. Overall though, i have tried to run Guttersnipe and have found him just a bit too slow. Consider dropping counterspells altogether for just tons of burn. Counterspells in the current standard environment i find actually a little too slow also. The best defense right now is a good offense.

I will be changing the increasing vengeance's to reverberates. But I love my counters and if i reverb and negate that sphinx's revelation it will destroy them late game. The counters are to make sure my guttersnipe stays out long enough to get some dmg done and get me some cards in hand. But thank you for the feedback its much appreciated If you havn't try ghost running it. It runs beautifully. And i managed to do over lethal dmg turn 7 and deck myself out turn 11.
