Deck needs Fine-Tuned

I have a low-cost, white equipment deck, Arsenal 1.2. It works well as it is, but it needs fine tuned. Maybe something to give it a little extra oomph. Anyway, if you could take a look and drop a comment or two with your suggestions, that would be great.
