Deep-sea based EDH Deck?

So Right now I'm working on an EDH deck that's built around the sea. To be specific, I want Whelming Wave to be game ending.

Here's what I have so far (All of the not-terrible cards in these creature types), and i'd like to ask you guys for some input. I don't care if you make competitive or flavor based suggestions, I just want the deck to happen. Thanks!
