Dimir for FNM?

Im not a huge fan of mill in any game for that matter but i wanted to play UB. one of the first decks i ever build with winning in mind did great(atleast in my opinion)

have had great times tinkering with 3, 4 and even 5 colors but Burning Earth practically halted me in that regard.(consider the card to bothersome to try and fight it)

And its bin quite some time i had a 3color deck so tried making one again.

And Dimir is the worst thing you could do?

It contains ofc AEtherling and my personal favorite i never can get myself to remove him Lone Revenant

Mainboard suggestions welcome. Sideboard help needed most!
