Dimir Mill/Late Aggro

I'm running a Dimir mill deck with the idea of getting my creatures big off my opponents graveyard. My friends say that my problems is that I dont have enough early game presence. They play aggro Boros/Rakdos/Simic evolve decks. Can I get some feedback to improve my deck? Thanks for you time! Dimir Mill/Graveyard Creature Buff

You could always throw in a few Fog Bank they are 2 drops that help out a bunch. Also Jace's Phantasm. If you want, you can check out my deck Mill or Bust
