Is Disperse and Archaeomancer a good combo, when I cast Archaeomancer get a spell back then cast Disperse and get my Archaeomancer back? Is it worth putting these 4x in a control deck?

It going to cost you 6 mana, fordierse and archaomancer, to get an instant or sorcery back in your hand... Seems prety expansive to me..... I hope the spell you are geting back is great.....

Is this for standard? If not, I would run Ghostly Flicker instead, as it does basically the same thing for 3 mana instead, and you can even untap a land to make the mana cost pseudo 2.

If it's standard, then nevermind me. If it's not, check out a pauper deck I had with this interaction

which also used Mist Raven s and/or Ravenous Rats for added utility.

To me that seems like a bit of a waste to use as a combo. It works just as you intend it to, but does not seem super effective to me.

Sounds like you should use Roon of the Hidden Realm or Venser, the Sojourner . If you like ETB effects you might like them. Unless this is for standard.

Honestly I'd rather use Voyage's End so you at least get some scry out of the combo

If it isn't Standard you can also combo Devastation Tide and Archaeomancer to just delay everything. Might be more efficent.
