Dissipate vs Dissolve

I made a deck recently and I am trying to figure out if I should put in two Dissolve or two Dissipate . Here's the deck for reference: DRAW-ALL-THE-CARDS. (I'd be replacing two Cancel s.)

It honestly depends on what you're trying to do, but I personally like the scry ability from Dissolve. Whenever possible I use it, unless it's Modern. I'll always use Dissipate in Modern against Snapcaster Mage and Cryptic Command.

Between the two, Dissolve . Scry 1 will be often more useful than exile.

That said, if this is casual there's plenty of other counterspells I would run over either of those two, depending on the budget. Even Mana Leak would be a good start.

In a vacuum, Dissolve will be the better counterspell.

Dissipate was last seen a block that was heavy on flashback and reanimation. If you play against people who use those, use Dissipate . Otherwise, Dissolve is generally better.
