If you were talking about the hardened plastic deck boxes, then the answer is still yes. I used to house a Dragon Shielded EDH deck in that kind of box.

@zandl your use of the word "mainstream" disturbs me...
Also, yes they fit though it depends if you are playing EDH or not. (EDH decks are 25 cards thicker and thus won't fit in a normal size deck-box.

The Dragon Shields I had were the same size as my Ultra-Pro and KMC sleeved decks. Just notable about a sleeved card thicker. And the Hard Plastic Ultra-Pro deck boxes were what I used to transport my sleeved decks.

Most sleeves for all the major card games generally are the same size (aside from maybe a mm or two) aside from those made for yugioh, which are much smaller than most other card games. As such aside from WOTC provided boxes, almost any card boxes from a company that makes sleeves are actually made with sleeved cards in mind, usually for a little over 75 sleeved cards.

I'm assuming the box you're referring to is this:

If so, then yes. I use Dragon Shields regularly and that's the type of deck box I use.
Dragon Shields aren't significantly larger or smaller than any other mainstream sleeves.
