Wildwood Rebirth + Agent of the Fates The wording is Whenever you target... not specific to the battlefield. Ruling would be great :P

Unless an ability specifies otherwise, it only functions on the battlefield. Targeting Agent of the Fates with Wildwood Rebirth will not trigger Agent's Heroic ability.

@Oletorpedo thought so, still if anyone has actually ruling just for curiosity purpose, that would be great.

112.6. Abilities of an instant or sorcery spell usually function only while that object is on the stack. Abilities of all other objects usually function only while that object is on the battlefield. The exceptions are as follows:
There are too many exceptions to list, but none of them apply to this ability.

Hi!
I don't have the official rulings at hand, but I think it goes something like this:
Abilities (such as heroic) only functions on the battlefield unless it specifically states otherwise.
Therefore, you cannot, sadly, enable heroic from the graveyard. You can fetch Agent of the Fates from your graveyard to your hand using Wildwood Rebirth , but heroic would not be triggered.
