Hey guys. I'm in Switzerland right now (which is the greatest country EVER, by the way) so I'm not able to deckcycle on any sort of regular schedule to get any help and advice for my Avete Dracones!. I'm fairly new to EDH, so if you could help me out, that would be fantastic.

A few issues:

I'd like to be able to cut down the amount of money I'd have to spend to build this by maybe $100. That may be unrealistic, but one can always hope.

There are a few ramp spells in the maybeboard that I could see myself putting in if people encouraged me to. I don't know if I need them, but it's worth discussing.

I've been told that Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon is underwhelming. I like him, but as I said before, am new to EDH so I could be overestimating his usefulness.
