Dragons?...Where are those Stinking Dragons(U/R)

I found the card Call to the Kindred while looking for cards for my izzet deck and then I had an idea. Make a control deck with dragons. The battle plan is to get either a Slumbering Dragon or a Dragon Hatchling on the field and then hold them off until I can get Call to the Kindred on one of them and then pray that one of my dragons decides to show his beautiful face.

Opinions and ideas are not only welcome but encouraged...help me wizards, you are my only hope
