duskmantle seer, lazav deck help?

first things first, im trying to make a good deck based on Duskmantle Seer, and Lazav, Dimir Mastermind.what im trying to do more or less is get the life lead early on. and use dskmantle seer to kind of seal the deal. maybe even put lazav into a completely different deck all together.i need either quick creatures with nifty effects or tons of removal spells so i can get free shots at my opponents life.

Pretty much take this deck With Knowledge, comes Power and drop the Mind Grinds and Increasing Confusions and replace them with Duskmantle Seer.
I honestly don't think he's that good, but that's the only way I see him being viable.
Also consider Codex Shredder.

Well first off if your going to make a deck based off these two cards you'll want to have as many copies as you can of them. 4 for non-legendary 2 for legendary. Not that you can't have more than 2 but you don't want more.
Second how many colors are they and which ones?
Third. You'll want to get cards that synergize well with them. I suggest something like Balustrade Spy and Wight of Precinct Six. Jace, Memory Adept also a good suggestion. Duress, kill spells like Tragic Slip, Murder, etc.
