EDH: Competitive Jarad

After reviewing my EDH build for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord , I can't help but think that there are more aggressive, more powerful cards out there for this build. The deck-list is Got 99 Problems. Currently, I'm dropping Exsanguinate , but I don't know what I'm dropping it for though... I'm also taking any additional comments of what to drop/add. Maybeboard is filled with cards I'm considering/planning to get in the future.
