EDH endless whispers

Okay so my favorite card of all time is endless whispers and i would like to build a EDH deck around it. I have looked through the gatherer and I have decided on Zur the enchanter as my commander but i am open to ideas, I chose him for his colors, white for field wipes, blue for card advantage and black for endless whispers, and his ability may be useful depending on what I add to the deck. Now I want the main win condition to focus around endless whispers but I know that that's not always doable so I would like ideas for any aspect of the deck. BTW this is my first EDH deck i have built but I have played with friends decks before. sorry i have no deck link
