ive never made my own commander deck, i bought one and its fun but not as fun as using my owned and i don't have alot of older cards, i have some from mirrodin besieged forward but wanted to make a deck using Glissa, the Traitor or Olivia Voldaren .. any suggestions on where to go with that?

Any commander can be taken in a variety of directions. For Olivia Voldaren , you could do a vampire tribal deck, you could focus on getting more +1/+1 counters on her, and you could focus on taking your opponent's creatures. With Glissa, the Traitor , your best bet is going to be running a bunch of artifacts and removal. If you look around at some other decks that use these commanders, you'll get a feel for what cards are more powerful with the given commander. Good luck!
