EDH Noob Needing Help

Hi. I have never put together an EDH deck besides virtual ones on TappedOut. I always try to keep them as a budget deck just to create a foundation to enter EDH.
I am interested in the gameplay of Zedruu the "Goodhearted" and have focused my deck on giving away shitty enchantments, or using creatures such as Pilgrim's Eye and then exchanging them away when they become useless. Take a look, almost everything deals with exchange of permanents or making a bit of a pillowfort through Dissipation Field , Rule of Law , etc.
My Maybeboard is the cards I probably should have but are expensive; if I go through with the deck I can swap them out as they are quite important (Command Tower , Felidar Sovereign , and Sol Ring ).
Please let me know of any suggestions, especially tell me if the deck is terribad and I shouldn't even try, thanks!

Hey, thanks for being interested in my deck. One thing I have found is that giving away creatures isn't always reliable. They die too easily. Also, giving away bad stuff can get you hate. I like to give away things like Paradox Haze , Oblivion Ring and others that don't care who controls them. That way you benefit and no one looses anything. I also want to try out the new curses in my deck and try giving them to the player who got cursed, since they'd go away when that player died anyways.
