Eldrazi Control goes mono blue

I have decided to turn my casual No, No, No, Eldrazi deck mono blue (it was UW before). Going mono blue means i cant run Raise the Alarm and Swords to Plowshares anymore, instead i use Vedalken Shackles and Boomerang . I have also added 2 Isochron Scepter to make the deck a little more fun :). I have also decided not to use Polymorph , as i think 4x Proteus Staff is enough.

Any suggestions that would make this deck better, or more fun to play is greatly appreciated :)
