As far as I can tell, I need a lot of mana dumping, but I want to achieve that without using green spells. Any suggestions?

Braid of Fire , Battle Hymn , Cabal Ritual , Dark Ritual , Culling the Weak , Dread Drone , card:Emrakul's Hatcher, Grinning Ignus , High Tide , Magus of the Coffers , Mana Echoes , Nirkana Revenant , Overeager Apprentice , Pawn of Ulamog , Rapacious One , Seething Song , Soulbright Flamekin , Spawning Breath . although green is the way to go if you want the best possible way to bring out eldrazi but any way these should help

I had the Hedron's, but I wasn't even aware that the Sol ring's existed, and they suit my purprose. Gilded lotus and Dynamo not so much, although they are quite nice.

You don't have to have a lot of mana if you use things like Elvish Piper or Quicksilver Amulet .

I love me some of dem dar 'drazi fellas. Honestly they are my favorite creature type in the whole game. My deck As the hope drains from their eyes has a record of about 14-3 and I always enjoy playing it. With out cheating the eldrazi out, green mana ramp is by far the easiest way to do it. I have been able to consistently hardcast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on about turn 4-5 quite often.
If you want to cheat them out there are many, many ways to do so successfully. Quicksilver Amulet and Elvish Piper are both popular and cheap ways to do it. Growth Spasm + Pattern of Rebirth works pretty well but starts getting just a bit more difficult. Just using eldrazi spawn tokens in general works like with Rapacious One . Helm of Awakening + Heartless Summoning can sometimes work. Reanimator decks with things like Unburial Rites works with all of the eldrazi besides the big legendary ones. There are so many more ways that I can't think of right now as well. It really just comes down to your preference of style and budget/access to cards really.

I made a Eldrazi Defender that has quite a good defense for the first turns and pumps out Eldrazis pretty fast (mostly about tun 5-6):

(the link didn't want to work)
There are a lot of ways to get Eldrazis out. One is playing defenders but you can also take another way like "put into play effects" (like with Quicksilver Amulet , Ramp (a lot of possibilities like elves, artifacts, etc.), or cheating them into play with cards like Call to the Kindred and others I didn't mention (these are the most common I saw).

Scapeshift your 4 basic lands and fetch 4 Cloudpost for 16 mana on turn 5.

I wanted to lean toward the idea of having nothing but "Nonbasic Lands" which would give colorless mana, and use artifacts that convert, like prophetic prism.

Depending on the format, Energy Tap would be good with Eldrazi... though it's Legacy, Vintage and, Commander only... wouldn't be useable if this is for Modern.

The following site will give you a list of all non-land, non green cards that can add mana to your mana pool. (I also filtered out mana only useable for 'cumulative upkeep'.)
There are 258 of them... somehow, I though there'd be more.

Well Braid of Fire can be used. It has cumulative upkeep.
