Electrolize or Stitch in Time?

Hey yall, Im really stuck here. I have 2 open spots in my new deck instant win for Modern and I just can't seem to pick which one: Electrolyze MTG Card: Electrolyze or Stitch in Time MTG Card: Stitch in Time . Please pick one or both, much appreciated, whatever you guys say I will run. Also if you have any suggestions with the rest of the deck I will take them into account. Thanks in advance.
