Elf or Sliver? Ramp Help Needed.

I have a trip colored post rotation (ish) deck and I need help deciding between the flexibility of Manaweft Sliver and the cheapness of Elvish Mystic . The mystic can potentially be turn one, but the sliver offers a choice of the two other colors in the deck. Which would be the best decision? I'll link the deck so you can get a better idea, also.

Right now, I'm still working on making the deck post rotation. But I'll test it as soon as I set it up. I'm just afraid the sliver will slow it down, while the elf may mana screw me. Its sketchy! But the deck is budget so i use a lot of gates and I threw in Greenside Watcher so the gates dont slow it down. There's a link if you wanna check it out and see which seems better. :P thanks for any help!

Thats a tough one, are you having any trouble getting the right color mana?
