EMP: The Experience Milling Project

Hey all, looking to make a nice Dimir mill deck for this Friday's FNM. I'm not sure about other FNMs but at mine the meta is humans... Lots and lots of humans. Then a few Thragtusk flicker decks. Regardless I've put together a deck that I think will be able to hold off in the early game long enough to get a mill win, but something is nagging at me that I'm just going to get wrecked again. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! My deck is EMP- Experience Milling Project. tyty!
