I just wanted to know what people thought of my new deck that uses over 20 enchantments to lock down my opponent. The win condition in this deck is also an enchantment. The main way to lock people down with this deck is to deal with their creatures through Arrest , Oblivion Ring , and if their gets to be to many, Supreme Verdict . Those all help me untill i can get my Sphere of Safety into play. The win condition in the deck is Assemble the Legion witch will eventually pump out so many tokens that my opponent won be able to defend them selves!

Test it and let me know what you think.

I like the idea of token spam through Assemble the Legion as a win-con, but have you thought of milling as a win-con? There are 2 really powerful mill enchantments that will ruin your opponent's day in standard right now, such as Curse of the Bloody Tome and Chronic Flooding . Also, since Sphere of Safety Protects your planeswalkers as well, I would look at running Jace, Memory Adept . His 0 ability is absurd, and he won't be touched by any creatures. Check out my Azorious Enchant Mill for some more ideas.

I really enjoy this deck type for the reason that it has an answer to almost everything. I can see burn decks ruining the day, as well as many aggro decks. I also really love the Nevermore in the mainboard, often naming Golgari Charm if I see G/B... the destroy enchantment and mass regen ruins your day, and once you get it out, protecting your Sphere of Safety is your top priority.
