Ephara EDH card cuts

Enchanting, isn't it? needs 9 cards cut from it. I've tried doing my best, it's really hard to cut things.

The deck uses blink and is an enchantment themed deck. Ephara, God of the Polis will be my general, not any other. PLease help, I appreciate any I can get.

Also, I'm not looking for suggestions on what to add at the moment, just what to cut.
