Esper EDH Trimming NEED HELP

the deck currently has 140 cards including the commander, these are just the cards I have and I would really appreciate some help on removing excess things that are just not needed.

I don't need no stinking Win-Con

eventually there will be a win con but for now I just want to make the deck playable.
