What changes should I make to this deck, Drownyard Trolls, to help its Junk Aristocrats matchup? Thanks in advance guys!
Robert Seder just one first place in Philly at an SCG event. He called Aristocrats an bye, meaning the match up should be very favorable. Check out his build.

Rest in Peace may be one sided, but it shuts Aristocrats down. Purify the Grave is fine against Reanimator, but RIP covers alot of bases. It's biggest downfall is having to board out your snapcasters. This is a trade that I am willing to make as long as Junk Aristocrats and RBW Aristocrats is around.

When you can completely close out another deck the way you can Junk Aristocrats with Rest in Peace , it's definitely worth it to board the Snapcaster Mage s out. Who cares if you reduce the power of your deck a little if you complete neuter your opponent's?
Just be aware that your Junk Aristocrats opponent probably has three Abrupt Decay in his sideboard, so playing a Rest in Peace is not GG. Also, in some metas, Ray of Revelation is seeing play out of the sideboard both because of Bant Hexproof (which is a really bad matchup for Junk) and because since this new Aristocrats deck is out of the closet now, its pilots know that Rest in Peace stands a chance to see increased play.
I do not think that Junk Aristocrats is a bye. JA has a way of making both counter magic and sweepers bad, so it's entirely possible for it to take over a game against control decks. But as a Junk Aristocrats pilot myself, I do recognize Esper as an unfavorable matchup.

Thx guys! I also put in Jace, Architect of Thought , because it shuts down many of JA's tokens/creatures.

Jace, Architect of Thought is a fine card for many things, but it's very poor in negating Junk Aristocrats. Both Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and Varolz, the Scar-Striped make Jace look pretty horrible, and there isn't anything Jace can do about creatures that do damage by means other than attacking, like Blood Artist .
Assuming you leave your mana base as it is and black is well supported, then consider Curse of Death's Hold if you want a Jace-like effect. Attacking the toughness of Junk Aristocrats creatures is much more effective than attacking their power, because Sorin and Varolz can't help them and Blood Artist just dies.

Less sorcery-speed cards! No, really, I am of the opinion that it really isn't worth tapping out with Esper in this format. There are just so many things that can punish you if you do, like planeswalkers and Sire Of Insanity . Every card in your deck other than Augur of Bolas and sweepers should be instant speed; your removal is instant speed, your countermagic is instant speed, your win condition (Sphinx's Revelation ) is instant-speed, and your incidental kill condition is instant speed (Drownyard).
Playing a more flash list just helps so much, since if you want to be tapping out, you might as well be tapping out for Thragtusk or Garruk, so play a different deck. I would cut the planeswalkers and the Councils and the Lingering Souls and add 2 more Azorius Charm , 2 more Think Twice , 4 Augur of Bolas , 2 more Sphinx's Revelation , Far / Away , etc.
Even if you choose to remain as a planeswalker build, every Esper deck should have Azorius Charm and Sphinx's Revelation as auto-4-ofs

Haha here's a funny thought that won't work but still funny...
Play your own Blood Artist to negate the life point swings :)

Sideboard Purify the Grave instead of RIP. It's one-sided, so you can use ling-ling for chumps. Also the sideboarded spheres should help.
