Everything Went Black

I've decided to finally make a possibly competitive deck: Black Mist. I'm looking for some help to fine tune this deck and sideboard to prepare it for FNM or possibly some tournament play if I get the chance. It's pretty much just your typical can grab the win. I just need some card count adjustments and maybe some replacements, along with some good sideboard cards. Much appreciated :)
